Privacy Policy (English)

This page explains what information Digivuk, operated by Daniel Eliyahu, collects, why, for how long, and what your rights are. It covers two situations: visiting this website, and cases where we run marketing on behalf of a client business.

This website. Details you leave in the contact form are used only to respond to your enquiry. They are stored in our lead management system and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Standard measurement tools, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, may run on this site and use cookies. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and movement on the page so we can improve it; text typed into form fields is masked and not stored. You can block these tools in your browser. If you submit the contact form, or arrive through a personal link we sent you, we connect your visits to your enquiry (which pages you viewed, and when) so we can follow up with what is relevant to you. The link is kept in your browser as a random identifier; clearing this site's data removes it, and we delete the visit history tied to your enquiry on request.

Marketing we run for clients. Client businesses grant us access to their ad accounts, Facebook and Instagram pages, pixels and lead systems through the official Meta and Google tools, with the owner's explicit permission, revocable at any time. In that role we may process information about people who contacted that business: the contact details they left, where they came from, and what happened to their enquiry. That information belongs to the business they contacted. We process it only to deliver the service that business ordered, use it for nothing else, and share it with no one but that business and the systems it chose to work with. Advertising performance data is read through the platforms' official interfaces and used only for reporting to the client and improving their campaigns.

Data from Meta platforms. Where we access data through Meta's platforms we do so under their platform terms. We keep only what the service requires, do not sell it, do not use it to build profiles outside the context of the client service, and delete it when Meta asks us to.

Retention and your rights. Enquiries through this site are kept while there is a business need and for no longer than three years after the last contact. Data processed for a client is kept according to that client's instructions and deleted when the engagement ends or on request. You can ask at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to daniel@digivuk.co.il. We answer within seven business days; where the data belongs to a client business we pass the request on and help them handle it.
